法治背景下的公民意识探讨

法治国家的全面进步,法治社会的整体发展,良好、完备的制度建设是必要的基础措施,然而具有法治精神的公民意识却是不可忽略的推助器。由于受到多种因素的制约,我国现阶段的公民意识仍处于启蒙阶段,这对法治进程产生了不小的阻力。我们必须清醒认识公民意识以及其对法治的诸多影响,并在此基础上,按照法治精神的合理内核努力塑造、推动公民意识的提高和成熟。

Shaping Citizen Awareness under Spirit of Rule of Law

With the progress of rule of law in country and the development of rule of law to in society, good and comprehensive system is the essential foundation, but as a push citizen awareness including spirit of rule of law is not ignored. At the stage, due to a variety of factors, citizen awareness in our country still is in enlightenment stage, and it has a lot of resistance to the process of rule of law. We need make a clear understanding to citizen awareness in double impacts of rule of law, and on the basis, make efforts to promote citizen awareness in accordance with a reasonable core in spirit of rule of law.
