乡村治理现代化的政治伦理建构

乡村治理现代化的价值目标饱含着丰富的政治伦理意蕴和全新的乡村政治生态预期,彰显出鲜明的政治道义追求和强烈的政治责任担当。围绕乡村治理的现代化,从政治学、伦理学等角度梳理建构相关政治伦理资源谱系,提炼建构其政治伦理体系,并在分析相关风险挑战的基础上设计建构其政治伦理优化方案,以期通过以上三重建构把乡村治理的权力运行制约在“善”的笼子里,进而促进中国特色乡村善治的完善与发展。

Construction of Political Ethics in the Process of Rural Governance Modernization

The value-oriented goal of rural governance modernization is full of rich implications of political ethics and a brand-new expectation of rural political ecology,which demonstrates its clear political moral pursuit and strong political responsibility.This paper focuses on the modernization of rural governance,explores related resources of political ethics from the aspects of politics and ethics,constructs its ethical-political system,and designs the construction of the optimal scheme of political ethics,attempting to restrict the power operation of rural governance in the cage of“goodness”through the above three constructions,which can promote the improvement of the rural good governance and development with Chinese characteristics.
