| 摘 要： | 文章通过对按生产要素分配与按劳分配和按劳动力价值分配之间的关系的分析,认为按劳动生产要素分配是按生产要素分配这一分配方式的一个组成部分,按劳动力价值分配则是从价值创造的角度揭示资本主义雇佣剥削关系的一种提法,与按劳分配并存的分配方式只可能是按生产要素分配,进而在此基础上对我国现阶段劳动者的收入到底是按劳分配的结果还是按劳动这一生产要素分配的结果或按劳动力价值分配的结果进行了具体分析.
