抗战时期国人对国家医疗卫生事业的评议——以抗战时期卫生期刊上的言论为例

抗战时期，中国医政界和医学界对发展我国医疗卫生事业的重要性和迫切性有了深刻的认识，其将享受医疗保健视作国民天然的权利，并把政府界定为国民医疗保健责任的承担者。对于战时中国医疗卫生事业的发展质量和体制问题，医学界提出了尖锐的批评，而医政界也作出了自觉的检讨。两者都将建立公医制度作为战后中国医疗卫生事业发展的方向。

Chinese People' s Ideas Regarding Public Hearth during the Period of Anti-Japanese War

During the period of Anti-Japanese War, some Chinese people, working in medical politics or medical sciences, had a deep understanding of the significance and urgency of the development of medical business in China. All the researchers considered the health care as one of the people ＇ s primary rights, and the government was regarded to be responsible for health care. Regarding the quality and framework of the development of Chinese medical business during the war, the researchers, either working in the field of medical politics or in medical sciences, produced many keen-edged criticisms or self-conscious ones, respectively. They all agreed that the system of public medical business should be the direction of the development of medical works after the war.
