转型社会中的市民社会与政治国家——新国家主义在中国的发展

The Civil Society and Political State in the Transitional Society——The New Nationalism's Development in China

The relationship between civil society and political state is an important theoretical problem in today＇ s society. This paper emphatically analyses the new type of relationship between civil society and political state from the perspective of the social transformation, taking advantage of the state power to realize the benign transformation of civil society and the change of main power on the precondition of supremacy of state. This paper mantains that the supremacy of state and political state superior to the civil society, that is the development of new nationalism. According to the new nationalism, the state should intervene with the civil society and should be helpful to the development of the interests of the whole country. This paper also holds that coercive force should be used to promote the transformation of social structure and realize the overall interests of the Chinese nation. This is the major force in China civil society and political state＇ s new relationship, and is also the main power of the future development after China＇ s social transformation.
