| 摘 要： | 英语和汉语各自丰富的文化内涵在这两种语言之间产生了诸多的文化差异,其中一个方面的差异表现在词汇层面上。文章通过对英汉两种语言的文化进行比较,分析了两种语言词的文化意义,并且针对词的文化意义的差异,提出了四种翻译方法,即:直译、替换、增益、意译。

| Abstract: | The rich cultures of English and Chinese result in a lot of cultural differences between the two languages.Some differences exist on the lexical level.Through a comparison between the cultures of English and Chinese,this article analyzes the cultural meaning of words and idioms,and suggests four corresponding translation ways,i.e.literal translation,replacement,amplification and free translation,in dealing with problems due to different cultures. |
