Prospect of economy and trade cooperation between China and Russia in the new situation

The economy and trade cooperation between China and Russia has gone through not only brilliant periods, but also downcast ones. Although the reform of Russian economy underwent a zigzag way, a promising prospect appears in Russia now. Macro economic index in Russia is increasing and more investment is being attracted. China has joined in the WTO, Russia will do so too in the near future. The new trade and investment circumstances are suitable for extending the economy and trade cooperation between China and Russia, especially in the areas of trade, science and technology, energy and investment.
