企业组织结构研究进展

摘    要:回顾20世纪70年代以来国内外企业组织结构理论的发展,国外相继出现了制度组织理论、总体生态理论、资源依赖理论和组织经济学这四个与结构权变理论不同的新范式,当前中国主要是对企业组织结构创新、结构类型、结构演变的发展趋势、影响结构因素展开研究。结果表明,扁平化、网络化、柔性化、虚拟化等是中国企业组织结构发展的趋势,只有顺应这种趋势,企业才能持续、快速、健康地发展。

Abstract:The authors have reviewed the research developments of enterprise organizational structure at home and abroad since 1970s.The external research has made some new development,such as the system organization theory,the overall ecology theory,the resources dependence theory and the organization economics,and these theories stand up to the contingency theory as an equal.The Chinese current research for enterprise organizational structure focuses on the development trend and the influential structure factors in the structure innovation,the structure type and the structure evolution.The research points out that the structural flattening networks,flexibility and supposition will be the developing trends of the China's enterprises and only with these can the enterprises be developed continuously,rapidly and healthily.
