| 摘 要： | 目前学术界个别人以上海党的早期组织成立为标志,认为中国共产党成立于1920年。我们认为,1920年成立的上海党的早期组织是一个地方党组织而不是全国性的党。中共一大的召开标志着中国共产党正式成立,中国共产党成立于1921年7月。

| Abstract: | In view of the foundation of the early Party organization of Shanghai.Some scholars though it was in 1920 that Chinese Communist Party was founded.We insist that the early Communist organization of Shanghai was only a local organization,not a country-wide Party organization.The Convene of the First National congress of the CPC symbolizes the formal foundation of the Chinese Communist Party.The Chinese Communist Party has been founded in July,1921. |
