师德与德育实效性

摘    要:学校德育失当是当前德育实效性下降的根由,学校德育的核心力量、德育的中介——教师与德育实效性有关密切的关系,教师作用于德育实效性的机理——内化尤须值得重视。只有建立在此认识与基础之上的举措才能真正提高师德水平和改善德育实效性。

On Teachers' Morality and the Actual Effect of Moral Education

Abstract:Starting from self-reflection morality education,this paper claims that improper moral education in school results in the declining of its actual effect,then reveals the relationship and mechanism between teachers,who are the nucleus power and medium of moral education,and the actual moral education effect.Furthermore,it puts forward some measures and methods to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and improve the actual moral education effect.
