关于推进农村职业教育发展的思考

推进农村职业教育发展,应当从建设社会主义新农村这一角度重新认识其重大意义。国家应区分义务职业教育和非义务职业教育,加大对农村职业教育的财政投入,逐步构建以乡镇学校为主体,基础教育和职业教育一体化,农村职业教育本地化和初等职业教育义务化的农村职教体系,建立职业教育反哺机制,利用城市优质职业教育资源反哺农村,促进农村职业教育发展。

Reflection on Improving the Development of Rural Vocational Education

To improve the development of rural vocational education,its significance should be reconsidered from the view of constructing Socialist new rural area.The country should distinguish compulsory and non-compulsory vocational education,strengthen the financial input to rural vocational education,gradually construct the rural vocational education system regarding town schools as the main body,integrating elementary education and vocational education,localizing rural vocational education and making primary vocational education compulsory.And vocational education's regurgitation feeding mechanism should be established,in which excellent urban vocational education resources should be used to regurgitation feed the rural area,so that the development of rural vocational education can be improve.
