中西方弱势群体权益保护法律制度之比较

弱势群体问题是任何社会在发展过程中都必然存在的一种社会现象。自中国政府提出构建和谐社会以来，关注弱势群体已成为构建中国社会主义和谐社会必须要解决的重大问题之一。西方发达国家在对待这一问题上十分注重“法律”的作用，他们通过大量的立法为弱势群体的各项权益提供了制度性保障。与西方发达国家的比较有助于中国弱势群体问题的研究。

Comparison of Legal Systems of Vulnerable Groups' Social Rights Protection:the Western and the Eastern Perspectives

The problem of legal system of vulnerable groups＇ social protection exists in all societies. Since the Chinese government proposed to construct a harmonious society, concerning about social vulnerable groups has been an important issue. As for this issue, western developed countries have been paying great attention to the use of law, through which they could provide system protection for all social rights and interests of vulnerable groups. Therefore, comparative study is helpful to our research on social problems of the social vulnerable groups in China.
