| 摘 要： | 通过对桂林医学院临床医学专业2009届毕业生就业现状基本情况的调查，研究分析当前地方院校医学生就业存在的一些共性问题，为科学地开展大学生就业指导工作提供了具有针对性的依据。在此基础上，作者对如何指导和服务、帮助学生就业提出一些见解和建议。

On the base of them, we give some opinions about how to be employed after graduation. |
