“立德”与大学内涵式发展的多维解读

立德树人是大学教育的根本任务,是内涵式发展的灵魂内容与评价指标。在大学中如何促进立德,首先要对德的内涵有深入全面的理解与把握。文章认为,人类最高之德是对自然规律的了解与尊重,与大自然的和谐相处,实现可持续发展,最重要之德则是服务社会,报效国家。对于大学来说,这是最高原则。这二者是我国道家与儒家文化中博大精深的内容。同时,德必须与时俱进,联系时代发展而赋予新的内涵,因此,生态文明建设是我国当代"立德"中亟待丰富与强化的重要内容。

Multi-dimensional Interpretations of Moral Composition and Connotative Development of Universities

Moral composition of personal cultivation is the fundamental task for university education as well as the soul content for connotative development and evaluation index. In the university the promotion of moral composition requires, first of all, a deep, o ver all understanding and grasp of the connotation of morality. This article considers that the greatest virtue of human beings is the understanding and respect of the law of nature, being in harmony with nature so as to realize sustainable development, the most im- portant virtue and highest principle for all universities being to serve the society and work for the country. These previously men- tioned two concepts may he found in the broad and profound Taoist and Confucian culture. Meanwhile, the idea of virtue must also keep abreast of the times, being endowed with new connotations in association with the development of the times. Therefore, ecological civilization construction is the major content to be enriched and strengthened for the moral composition in contemporary China.
