高校科研团队诚信缺失的主要形式及成因

国内高校科研团队诚信缺失有五种较为典型的表现形式:一是科研团队研究人员过于追求科研经费、职称晋升和学历学位而导致其研究目的不够纯;二是科研团队过于急功近利,追求"短平快"而致使其研究态度不够端;三是科研团队成员表现出抄袭造假、虚假署名和学术行政化等方面行为不够正;四是科研团队成员表现出缺乏问题意识、回避真问题等行为使研究所探讨的问题不够真;五是由于论证不足、文风不实等导致研究所得观点不够实。
