| Abstract: | Evolution of policy of science and technology in New China experienced the four stages of laying a foundation, im- mature stage, stagnant stage and great transforming stage. In this process, there witnessed the formation of such features such as developing science and technology through exercising the superiority of socialism system, proceeding from China＇s ac- tual conditions and persisting self--reliance on the road of development with Chinese characteristics. |
