国学特色学习型社区建设的理念与实践

国学特色的学习型社区，就是以人的全面发展为目标，以开展社区传统文化活动为依托，以中华优秀传统文化所蕴含的仁爱、孝悌、礼义、诚信等为社区共同的价值观，在社区治理中建立起群众自我管理、自我服务、自我教育、自我监督的机制，通过居民个人学习和社区组织学习所构建的和谐发展的社区。创建国学特色学习型社区，应通过构建组织机构、整合文化资源、加强环境建设、开展社区国学活动、开发社区国学课程、培养社区文化骨干等多种渠道进行。

Ideas and Practice of Constructing a Classical Chinese Culture Featured Learning Community

A learning community which is featured by classical Chinese culture studies, is one that is taking people＇ s overall development as the goal, and one that is taking traditional cultural activities performed in the community as the support. Good personality such as kind, fealty, etiquette, honesty, would be viewed as the common value of the community. A system of self- management, self-serving, self-educating, self-supervising would be set up within the community. To create a classical Chinese culture featured learning community, we have to construct the organization, integrate cultural resources, strengthen environment administration, develop community activities and courses related to classical Chinese culture studies, and also train talents who are good at cultural activities.
