University students' apartment management is very important in university.The strengthening of its management is the demand of implementing scientific development concepts,constructing harmonious campus and improving university students' ideological and political education.Some problems should be delt with and certain meatures should be taken to improve university students' apartment maagement by enhancing responsibility consciousness and system construction,stresssing individual-based concepts,improving administrators' qualities and creating harmonious apartment culture atmosphere.
