安徽中医学院学生思想状况调查分析

对安徽中医学院在校大学生的调查表明,多数同学能客观务实地对待专业学习,但专业思想不够巩固的问题仍较突出;他们主要在待遇、出路和工作生活环境等方面关注就业去向,心理压力大,需要就业指导;为提高素质而不满灌输教学方式,呼吁加强临床见习和实习环节;为缓解生活压力,许多同学把目光投向勤工助学;不少同学面临社交问题;思想上认同社会主义,但考虑最多的问题仍是“个人前途”等。应因势利导加强教育。

The Status Quo of Students' ideas in Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine: A Survey

A survey of students in Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine shows that most of the students take a objective and realistic attitude towards their specialty learning,but their weak specialty consciousness still remains a relatively outstaning problem.They are worried about the conditions of their future jobs such as material benefits and environment,and thus need employment guidance.They are dissatisfied with the cramming method,and thus call for more efforts at doing clinical probation and practice.And they endorse and support socialism,but think more about their own future and other related matters.In light of this situation,the guidance and education of the students should be strengthened.
