重庆市旅游饭店业的现状及其对策研究

旅游饭店作为重庆市旅游业的支柱之一，要摆脱目前的困境，既要从加大对旅游企业的政策扶持力度、加速发展重庆都市旅游业为饭店创造更多的客源、适度控制旅游星级饭店的建设规模、建立饭店行业联盟维护市场秩序等方面入手改善旅游饭店的宏观生存环境，又要从提高饭店的管理水平和员工的整体素质、建立国内国际合作关系等方面优化饭店的微观生存环境。

On the Present Situation and Countermeasure of Chongqing's Tourist Hotel Industry

The tourist hotel is one of pillar industry of Chongqing's tourist industry. To extricate Chongqing' tourist hotel industry from its present predicament, on the one hand, its macro circumstances should be improved by giving its more supports in policy, attracting more tourists with speeding up the development of Chongqing's urban tourist industry, controlling construction scale of the star-hotel moderately and establishing hotel league to maintain market standards; on the other hand, its micro surroundings should be optimized by raising hotel managing standards and staff's quality, building civil or international cooperation relationship.
