以人为本的少儿道德教育研究

道德教育是建构在“人”的基础上的实践活动，必须自觉地遵循人性内在的发展规律。文章从解读以人为本的内涵入手，意在厘清“以人为本”对少儿道德教育的价值导向作用，在此基础上提出了以人为本实施少儿道德教育的思路，即培养少儿道德思维能力、注重少儿心理发展的年龄特征、加强人文精神的陶冶和开展隐性的道德教育。
