阅读理解的心理过程分析与阅读能力的提高

摘    要:阅读理解是各种英语水平考试的重点题型,也是心理语言学的一大课题。根据心理语言学中“感知的字型可以映现为语义”的理论提出视觉感知、字词检索、句子结构分析、句子释义与语义储存的阅读模式。这一模式可以这样指导教学:学生通过阅读扩大词汇;教师利用教材培养学生分析句子结构、利用上下文信息的阅读习惯,从而提高阅读能力。

Abstract:Reading comprehension is a very important part in all kinds of English proficient tests. It is also a big topic of Psycholinguistics. Based on the psycholinguistic theory " perceptual words may be mirrored into language meaning", this paper puts forth the following reading pattern: visual perception, words retrieval, sentence meaning explanation and language meaning storage. This paper will guide English teaching in this way: students can enlarge the vocabulary by reading; by using textbooks teachers can develop students' reading habit of analyzing sentence structure and making use of context. So students' reading ability can be improved .
