通过对协同供应链与集成供应链的比较说明了协同供应链是供应链发展的一种现实和理智的选择模式。目前协同供应链管理主要涉及战略层、策略层和技术层三个层次,协同战略处于最高层次,规定了策略层和技术层研究的程度和范围,协同策略是协同供应链管理的核心问题,协同技术是供应链实现协同的基础和前提。对协同供应链管理三个层次的分析说明了协同供应链已经受到了理论界和企业界的广泛重视,在此基础上提出了中国企业建立协同供应链应注意的几个问题。

New-supply Chain Strategy: Collaborative Supply Chain

Comparing integrated and collaborative supply chains indicates that the collaborative one is a more realistic and rational selection in a developmental view.Currently,the management of collaborative supply chain mainly involves three different levels,i.e.,strategy,tactics and technology,of which the strategy level is the highest to define the extent of the research on tactics and technology, while the tactics level is the core of the management of collaborative supply chain,and the technology level is the foundation and the prerequisite to implementing the collaboration of such a supply chain.The analysis of the management of collaborative supply chain with the functions of its three levels explained shows that it stands out well from the field of supply chain management.Several questions that Chinese enterprises should pay attention to are therefore put forward.
