基于金融衍生证券的供应链价格协调机制分析

供应链是相互间提供原材料、产品、技术的厂家、供应商、零售商等组成的一个价值网络。供应链能否稳定合作取决于供应链价格风险管理和风险管理成本的配比。对我国目前来说,对供应链价格风险的认识和防范的缺乏,则是制约我国供应链进一步发展的关键因素。本文从价格风险对供应链稳定性有巨大影响的基础上,结合金融衍生品工具,指出供应链价格风险规避的难点和关键,并提出了供应链价格风险规避的策略选择。

Analysis on Pricing Coordination Mechanism in Supply Chain Based on Financial Derivative Instruments

Supply chain is a value network composed of manufacturer, supplier, retailer, etc. that mutually provide raw materials, products and technology. Whether the supply chain can cooperate steadily or not lies in the ratio of the pricing risk management and risk management cost in supply chain. As to China at present, the lack in both awareness of pricing risk and prevention against pricing risk in supply chain is the key factor hampering the further development of supply chain. On the basis that pricing risk has a great influence on the stability of supply chain, in combination with financial derivative instrument, this article indicates the difficulty and key of pricing risk avoidance in supply chain. At last, it puts forward the strategies available to avoid the pricing risk in supply chain.
