| 摘 要： | 东北经济目前面临着诸多问题,但其根本原因是产业技术落后。产业技术体系在工业社会中占据着支配的地位,它的合理与否决定着人类生产活动和生存方式的科学性、可持续性。所以,产业技术体系变革才是东北振兴的根本出路。东北振兴的关键是技术革命。

| Abstract: | There are so many economical problems in the Northeast of China,which dues to the behindhand industrial technology.The system of industrial technology predominates in the society of industry,and whether it is reasonable will rule the science and continuous development of manufacturing and living.So,the final way of the rejuvenation in Northeast of China is to change the system of industrial technology.The key lies in technological revolution. |
