| 摘 要： | 在刘原、阿旺单增合著《中国西藏邮政邮票史》等学术界已有研究的基础上,根据多方面的史料,对近代中国藏族聚居地区邮电事业的起源、出现及初步发展,以及其对近代中国藏区现代化起源的影响进行了论述;同时指出,从晚清开始,近代邮电事业就逐渐在中国藏区萌芽、出现,并在1950年西藏昌都解放前得到了初步的发展。文中还纠正了法国人董尼德(P-A．Donnet)《西藏生与死:雪域的民族主义》等相关说法的不确切之处。

| Abstract: | Based on History of Postal Service and Stamps of Chinese Tibet written by Liu Yuan and A Wang Dan Zeng and other researches,the origin,appearance and initial development of posts and telecommunications of Ti- betan districts in modern China and its influence on the origin of Tibetan modernization are discussed.At the same time,the authors point out that from the late Qing Dynasty,modern postal service has gradually appeared in Ti- bet and gained primary development before the liberation of Changdu in 1950.Meanwhile,some inaccuracies in French man Pierre-Antoine Donnet's Tibet Mort Ou Vif are corrected. |
