基于ES战略的国有企业人力资源管理问题分析

摘    要:针对国有企业人力资源管理中晋升渠道不畅、绩效管理体系不健全等问题,引入ES战略思想,采用理论结合实际的方法,分析了国企人力资源管理不善的原因,提出了以员工为中心的畅通晋升渠道,建立以竞争机制为主体的绩效考评体系,确立以价值为导向的薪酬管理制度,增强员工凝聚力等建议。研究结果为国有企业人力资源管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:To smoothen promotion channel of human resources management in the state-owned enterprises and to perfect the performance management system,ES strategy is introduced.Theory is integrated with practice to analyze the reasons for the poor human resources management in the state-owned enterprises.Some suggestions are put forward such as setting up smooth employee-centered promotion channel,establishing performance evaluation system with competition as the mainstay,setting up performance-oriented salary administration system,and enhancing staff cohesion,etc.Research results can provide references for improvement of human resources management of state-owned enterprises.
