| 摘 要： | 技术创新是一个经济学的概念,也是一种常规性的管理活动,是指企业在技术、营销、管理和生产等方面的自我超越,最终引起或改进企业的产品,从而有效地提升企业的运转绩效.我国企业的技术创新体系包括创新培育、创新能力、创新环境和一刨新成果四个要素.创新体系的设计可以为我国企业进一步提高技术创新绩效提供有效的理论借鉴,而因子分析可以为创新体系提供现实性检验.
