| Abstract: | Tutors are teachers with direct responsibilities for the cultivation of graduate students.The student's quality is to a great extent decided by the tutors'academic ability,the scientifically and technologically innovative projects under their supervision and the relationship between the students and their tutors.Therefore,reforming cultivation mechanism and bringing tutors to full play are the key factors in promoting the integration of the graduate student cultivation and the scientific and technological innovation. |
