This paper sums up the successes Shenyang Agricultural University has achieved since it resumed the enrolment system for post-graduates, states the rich experience accumulated in the course of academic-degree education and post-graduate education, and puts forward some specific measures with which Shenyang Agricultural University may make more efforts to develop post-graduate education and respond to the opportunity and challenge in the new century.
