| Abstract: | As one official form and means to control and intervene in the economy,administrative monopoly exists in different countries and different historical periods.It has the catholicity.However,during the transformation period in China,administrative monopoly has the specific characteristics,such as the particularity and complexity in the forms of expression,enforcement of subjects,purposes of administrative monopoly and so on. |
