| 摘 要： | 照应是实现语篇连贯的一种重要衔接方式。自从韩礼德和哈桑于1976年首次提出衔接理论以来,研究者对英汉语篇衔接方式做了较多的对比研究。本文根据衔接理论,结合大量的英汉科技语篇实例,探讨了英汉两种语言在照应这一衔接方式上的一些共性和差异,研究照应在英汉科技语篇中的不同体现,以及英汉语篇翻译中照应衔接的转换对于英汉科技语篇翻译具有很强的理论价值和实践意义。
