| Abstract: | Facing the new situation of college English reform, the English teacher, especially the young English teachers, which are the key factor in the reform, are in an embarrassment during the process of the whole college English teaching. This greatly influences the quality of college English teaching. So it is critically important to analyze their education survival condition, to explore and ponder some effective strategies which can improve the condition as well as to know its influence upon English teaching quality. |
