| 摘 要： | 英语中的词汇与文化息息相关 ,英语习语是词汇中对民族文化的发展最为敏感的部分。英语习语渗透着浓郁的西方文化气息 ,蕴藏着丰富的文化内涵。从文化词汇学的角度我们可以看出习语具有一定的民族性和民间性 ,从英美地理环境我们可以看出英语习语的比喻性和整体性 ,从英美的风俗习惯我们可以看出英语习语的地域性和和谐性。

| Abstract: | Vocabulary is closely linked with culture, and idiom is the most sensitive part of vocabulary to the development of a nation's culture. As a carrier of culture, English idioms embody rich traditions of western culture. Ethnonsemantically, English idioms are nation- and folk-specific; geographically, English idioms are figurative and must be studied as a whole; and viewed in the context of British and American customs, English idioms are regional and compatible. |
