“十七大报告”视域中的社会主义民主政治系统性践履

文章从经济主体的非公性，民主政治的多元主体、多种途径的参与性，市民社会的培育形成与利益诉求主体的多元化，文化建设的包容性、独立性、选择性和差异性等方面进行本质的探索，得出现时期社会主义民主建设的合理内核与社会主义经济、政治、文化、社会建设相一致，并相互促进协调发展的结论。同时认为将经济、政治、社会体制改革与行政体制改革通盘考虑，将民主实践与法治践履统筹兼顾是社会主义民主政治发展的重要途径。

On Systematical Practice of Socialist Democracy in the View of the Report at the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

Based on the analysis of the non-state-owned nature of the economy subject, plural subjects of democracy, the multiple choices for participation in the democracy, pluralism of different subjects of interests demand, the tolerance and independence and diversity of the culture construction, this paper concludes that the reasonable core of the socialist democracy construction is substantially consistent with that of socialist economy, politics, culture and socialism, and they mutually develop in coordination. Meanwhile, it is an important way to develop the socialist democracy by giving overall consideration to the practice of democracy and non-democracy and to the system re- form of socialist economy, politics, culture and administration.
