Analyzing Some Special Difficulties in Using French Tenses and Modes

From seven aspects, such as, time, hypothesis, pity, etc, this paper categorizes and analyses how some words and phrases expressing concepts are used in what tenses and modes in French. This paper points out their conventionalized usage, by contrast, this paper illuminates their differences in meanings where they are used by several modes simultaneously and offers some criteria as to how to use tenses and modes correctly.
