中国成为贸易强国的实现路径

本文在清楚当前外贸问题的基础上,建议抓紧贯彻实施创新、绿色、协调、开放、贡献的五大发展理念,培育外贸竞争新优势,全面推进外贸调结构稳增长,打造中国外贸升级版.特别是,企业、地方政府和国家三个层面应共同努力,在"十三五"或中长期规划中重视和挖掘外贸的经济拉动作用,早日推动中国成为第一大贸易大国乃至世界贸易强国.

Implementation Path for China to Become a Strong Trade Country

Based on the understanding of present foreign trade problems,China's foreign trade upgrading pattern can be created by implementing five developing beliefs such as innovation,green,coordination,open-up and contribution,by cultivating new competitive advantage of foreign trade and by overall promoting structure adjustment and stable growth of foreign trade,especially,enterprises,local governments and central government should co-work to emphasize and tap the driving potential of foreign trade in the economy in "the Third-five-year Plan" or in middle-term or long-term plan,so as to let China have a happy life in foreign trade and become the first big foreign trade country and become a strong global trade country.
