联合应用可调节封闭式负压吸引技术治疗急性感染创面的临床探讨

目的 探讨可调节封闭式负压吸引技术联合外科手术治疗体表急性感染期创面的临床效果.方法 体表急性感染期创面病人58例,对病灶进行外科手术清创处理后,辅助应用可调节封闭式负压吸引术进行治疗,观察疗效并进行随访.结果 58例病人中,46例病人在使用一次可调节封闭式负压吸引技术后急性感染得到有效控制,创面局部血运显著改善,创面一期愈合;12例创面范围较大病人,连续给予2～3次可调节封闭式负压吸引技术辅助治疗后,通过借助皮肤牵张器、皮瓣转移或皮片移植封闭创面,创面得以愈合.治疗过程中无并发症发生.结论 在治疗急性感染创面的过程中,采用外科手术联合可调节封闭式负压吸引技术的方法,可以更好地控制炎症扩散,更快的促进创面愈合,疗效显著.

The clinical study on the treatment of acute inflammatory wound with regulated negative pressure-assisted wound therapy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of regulated negative pressure-assisted wound therapy combined with surgery on acute inflammatory wound healing.Methods Clinical data of 58 patients with acute inflammatory wound in our department from November 2013 to December 2016 were reviewed retrospectively.After surgical debridement,regulated negative pressure-assisted wound therapy was used to treat wound,its efficacy was evaluated and the patients were followed up.Results The wound healed by first intention in 46 patients by using regulated negative pressure-assisted wound therapy for once.The inflammation reaction of the wound attenuated significantly.Twelve patients with large wound cured by application of skin stretching device and flap transplantation after using regulated negative pressure-assisted wound therapy for 2 ～ 3 times.No complications occurred during the treatment.Conclusion The combination use of regulated negative pressure-assisted wound therapy and surgery effectively controls the spread of inflammation and shortens the wound healing process.
