摘    要:48只30日龄的大耳白杂种兔,试验接种感染兔肠球虫的5种混合的孢于化卵囊,将球痢清Ⅰ、球痢清Ⅱ、莫能霉素和氯苯胍分别拌在饲料中饲喂以比较它们的抗兔肠球虫的效果。通过临床观察,分析克粪便卵囊数的变化、记录增重、计算饲料转化率和对每组扑杀兔作病理组织学检查,结果表明:球痢清在抑制卵囊产生,减轻肠道病变、增重及饲料转化率效果明显,与莫能霉素的相近,并显著优于氯苯胍。氯苯胍效果较差,几乎与接种不给药组相同,无显著性的差异。因此说明氯苯胍不宜单一继续使用,应引入新的高效抗球虫药并指导正确使用抗球虫药物。

Abstract:The efficacy of a new drug formulation-Qiuliqing, was compared with Monensin and Robenidine in artificially infected rabbits. Prophylaxis against intestinal coccidiosis was evaluted using a mixed infection of Eimeria imtestinlis,Eimeria magna , Eimeria irresidua, Eimeria perfosans and eimeria exigua. In these battery studies, Qiuliqing at 500ppm , Monensin at 120ppm,and Robenidine at 100ppm were seperately medicated in the feed. Qiuliqing was as effective as Monensin and more effective than Robenidine in reducing oocyst output, controlling Eimeria spp lesions,coccidiosis mentality,in addition,body-weight gain and feed efficency were normal. These results indicated that Qiuliqiug at 500ppm in the feed can prevent intestinal coccidiosis in rabbits and can be safely used to a large extent. No adverse reactions to Qiuliqing were observed.
