| 摘 要： | 影响研究生培养质量的主要因素有研究生考录制度、研究生导师制度和研究生培养制度。文章认为,考录制度决定研究生生源的质量,培养制度决定研究生的培养模式,而导师制度则直接决定研究生的培养质量。基于此,文章提出深化导师制度改革的若干措施,以确保研究生的培养质量。
