当代农村两性政治参与之调查比较

从政治认知水平、政治参与意识与行为三个层面对江苏农村两性的参政现状调查显示,政治认知水平低下,民主参与意识缺失,乡村政治生活中行动迟缓、消极被动,至今在农民群体中仍是普遍现象。较之于男性村民,女性村民在政治认知、意识及行动方面的公民能力更为欠缺。分析表明,乡村政治思想观念变革的迟缓与民主政治生活的非常态化,及传统治理方式的延续导致的村庄自治组织、制度发展的滞后成为两性村民参政不足的主要原因,而排斥女性的男权政治文化场域又是导致女性村民公民能力更为欠缺的直接原因。改变现状必然要从解决这些根本问题入手,才能切实提高乡村两性村民参政的广度与深度,保证二者参政的平等、有序。

Comparative Analysis of Gender Political Participation in Contemporary Rural Areas

Investigation made on political cognition,consciousness and behavior in gender political par-ticipation of Jiangsu rural residents show that they have low political cognition,lack of democratic partici-pation awareness,and they are slow and passive in political life.Compared with that of males＇,the fe-male villagers are more short of citizen abilities of political cognition,consciousness and behavior.The a-nalysis shows that delay in the changing of democratic political ideas,the continuation of the traditional management mode,the slow moving on the village self-government organizations have been the main cau-ses of villagers＇insufficient participation in politics.To change the status quo needs to solve these funda-mental issues,and in this way can effectively improve the breadth and depth of villagers＇participation in politics in an equal and orderly way.
