| 摘 要： | 本文扼要回顾了诺齐克对罗尔斯的批评,介绍、分析了诺齐克《无政府、国家与乌托邦》一书出版之后围绕权利问题引起的讨论、争论,以及修正和补充意见,既有内格尔等人尖锐的、根本性的批评,也有曼克、费舍尔、克日纳的支持、补充观点,并把诺齐克与罗斯巴德和兰德作了简单比较,借以说明诺齐克的理论贡献和在自由至上论者中的地位。
