| 摘 要： | 蔡守秋教授是中国法学界最早开展环境权理论研究的环境法学者.他以追求人与自然和谐共处为目标,结合环境权法律实践,对环境权理论进行了创新性研究.他的环境权学说,包括个人、单位、国家、人类和自然体的环境权,是他独树一帜的环境法学理论体系"调整论"的一个重要组成部分.

| Abstract: | Cai Shouqiu is one of the first scholars in the field of law to carryout researches on theory of environmental rights. In his pursuit of harmony between man and nature, he created a new theory of environmental rights in accordance with the practice of environmental law. His theory of environmental rights, which regards individuals, work units, the state, human beings and nature as subjects of environmental rights, constitutes an important part of the "adjustment thesis" in his unique theoretical system of environmental law. |
