Problems and Developmental Countermeasures in the Practice of Psychological Counseling in Higher Learning Institutions

This paper, from the perspective of the social development and the mental growth of students, emphasizes the importance of the practice of psychological counseling in higher learning institutions. Meanwhile, it reveals some problems arising from the administration, investment and the method of psychological counseling. Based on the discussion of these problems, possible solutions are proposed.
