| 摘 要： | 由于电力工业的特殊性,国家强化对电力市场的管制显得尤其必要。何管制就成为一个迫切需要研究和解决的课题。文章首先论述了我国电力市场的现状及政府管制问题,其次对电力市场政府管制的利弊进行了分析,最后对电力市场放松管制提出了一些建议。
