| 摘 要： | 非智力因素对大学生的成才有着极其重要的作用.它对大学生的学习、生活、行为起着动力、导向和调节作用.高校的思想政治教育工作者应注重学生非智力因素的开发,在"两课"教学、校园文化建设中,在发挥教师的榜样作用和加强学生自我教育能力过程中,培养大学生的非智力因素.

| Abstract: | Non-intellectual factors of the students have extremely important functions for the development of undergraduates,playing the role as incentive,guidance and adjustment in students studies,lives and behaviors.The ideological and political educators should pay attention to the development of students'EQ in teaching "Two(Political) Courses" and constructing campus culture.Undergraduates'EQ is to be cultivated while teachers play the model role and strengthen students'ability of self-education. |
