| 摘 要： | 法官职业道德是法官的基础素质、首要素质，加强法官职业道德建设至关重要。法律院校教育是法官职业道德建设的基础，机制建设是法官职业道德建设的关键，体制建设是法官职业道德建设的保障，应形成由学校教育、机制建设和体制建设“三位一体”的道德建设模式，形成全方位、多层次、多角度的法官职业道德建设体系。

| Abstract: | Professional morality is basic and chief essence of judges, thereby intensifying construction of judges＇ professional morality is very important. Law school education is the basis of the construction, wherein mechanism construction is the key and system construction is the guarantee. So a trinity model of morality construction com- posed of school education, mechanism construction and system construction should be built to establish an allwave, multilayer and multi-angle system to construct judges＇ professional morality. |
