专家审稿信息失真的原因与对策

为了提高专家审稿的质量与编辑对稿件学术质量判别的准确率,研究了专家审稿的逻辑思维过程,分析了同行编辑对稿件评审信息失真的看法,结果表明引起审稿信息失真的主要原因为学术思想的互异性、审稿的近亲性与作者信息的隐蔽性,认为建立健全的审稿专家信息与作者信息数据库,加强稿件的初审力度,实行并行的审稿机制,建立良好的交流环境是获得可靠的审稿信息的有效途径。实践证明该措施是可行的。

The Causes and Countermeasures of Information Distortion in Paper-revising by Expert

In order to improve the quality and accaracy of paper-revising by editors and experts,this paper studies the logical process of thinking when experts revise papers,and analyzes the editors' viewl of information distortion.It's indicated in the paper that the main reasons resulting in information distortion are the difference between various academic ideas,the intimacy with original papers and the degrees of concealing information.It puts forward that the approaches to credible information in paper-revising are to set up data base of the experts who revise papers and the authors,to better the quality of paper-revising systems,and to establish a favorable environment for communication.
