| Abstract: | With the development of technology and globalization,there is a growing demand for the talent of localization translation. As essential organizations for talent cultivation,colleges and universities must take on the responsibility of culturing the talent of localization translation. This thesis introduces the present situation of such talent cultivation and mainly indicates four key points of the cultivation in colleges and universities. |
