西藏乡村经济转型的目标与基本路径

西藏自治区是一个以农牧业为主的地区,乡村人口占总人口的80%以上。西藏乡村经济在西藏国民经济中占有十分重要的地位,是西藏经济发展和社会稳定的基础。推动西藏乡村经济发展、增加农牧民收入、全面建设西藏新农村,不仅仅是经济问题,也是社会问题和政治问题。文章以当前西藏乡村经济的环境和现状为立足点,着重研究西藏乡村经济结构转型的目标与基本路径,提出构建适应社会主义市场经济的西藏乡村经济发展模式的建议。

On the Goals and Basic Ways of Shifting Tibetan Rural Economic Model

Tibet Autonomous Region is a region that its rural population accounts for over 80% of the whole.Rural economy plays a significant role in Tibetan economy and thus becomes the foundation of Tibetan economical development and social stability.It is not only an economical issue but also a political and social issue to develop Tibetan economy,increase farmers' income and build up the new Tibetan countryside.Based on Tibetan rural economical environment and its current situation,this paper concentrates on the goals and its basic ways of shifting Tibetan rural economic model,aims to construct Tibetan rural economical development mode in accordance with Tibetan socialist market-oriented economy.
